📦 Shipping & policies
Hi! Jaxson's Card Vault is a small card shop run by a kid who loves cards (with a parent helping out). Every card is checked by hand, and we pack your order like it's going into our own binder.
Orders under $20 ship for $1.49 in a plain stamped envelope with no tracking. Orders $20 and up ship tracked for $5.99, and orders $35+ ship free.
How we pack your cards
- Penny sleeve + top loader. Every card goes into a soft sleeve, then a hard plastic top loader so it can't bend.
- Team bag. The top loader gets sealed in a team bag so it stays clean and dry and can't slide out.
- Tracked orders ($20+). Ship in a padded bubble mailer with a USPS tracking number (Ground Advantage). Lots and bigger orders get extra padding.
- Orders under $20. Ship in a plain stamped envelope (PWE) for $1.49 — no tracking. Still sleeved and top-loaded.
- Graded cards in slabs get bubble wrap too (and always ship tracked).
Shipping
We ship from California with USPS within 2 business days of your order (not counting weekends and holidays). We ship to US addresses.
- Under $20 in cards: $1.49 — plain stamped envelope, no tracking.
- $20.00–$34.99: $5.99 — USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
- $35+: FREE tracked shipping.
Shipping is charged once per order, no matter how many cards you buy. Tracked packages usually take another 2–5 business days. As soon as a tracked order ships, we email you the tracking number. PWE orders get a confirmation that they've been mailed (no tracking link).
$5 minimum order
Orders need at least $5 in cards to check out. Shipping doesn't count toward the minimum. Your cart shows how much more you need, and how close you are to tracked or free shipping.
All sales are final
Because cards are collectibles and prices move around, we don't take returns. But we always want you to be happy:
📦 Lost in the mail? For tracked orders: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or it says delivered but your package never showed up, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll send a replacement card or a full refund. For PWE (no tracking), email us within 21 days of the ship date if it never arrives and we'll make it right.
Card condition
Unless a listing says something different, our cards are Near Mint: fresh from packs or binders, with no creases or bends. Every listing shows real photos of the exact card you'll get. Any card with a flaw (like whitening on the edges or a scratch) says so in its condition notes. Small factory print lines or centering differences are normal for trading cards and aren't counted as damage. Graded cards are sold as graded by the grading company.
